is the main theme of the cover from SpellForce 2 - Shadow Wars. As the only child
of the Dracon Craig Un’Shallach, born by a human mother, she’s bound between two
worlds and struggling to both represent the essence of the Norcaine and keeping
her human memories. But no matter how hard she fights with herself, her courage
and skills in combat make her a tremendously valuable companion in battle, which
one would wish to rather be with then against.

finally, as second fraction in future battles, the Pact reveals its units - or
rather almost all of its units... because some of the Dark Ones prefer to remain
unrevealed... who can blame them for their tactics?

As it is ending today, we would like to thank you for your participation in our
"landscape contest." Now we will put our heads together for the difficult part
of the contest - selecting the winners. This won't be easy as we have received
a large number of outstanding submissions in the form of stories, descriptions
of scenes, poems, diaries and interviews, examples of quests and dialogues - really
an impressive and original variety.
The most popular landscape, from the hitherto received submissions, was the concept
art "bridge into the elven realm", but only by a very narrow margin. All landscapes
were nearly equally popular and chosen almost as often.
By the way: some of you exceeded the limit on word count a little - of course,
these entries are being considered nevertheless but of course the length will
have an effect on the evaluation.

We will shed light on the history behind the legends. Get the inside scoop on
the events that followed the destruction of the circle of mages under the new
header of "The World".
But be warned: This is only the beginning - the dawn of a new era is upon us!
After long waiting, the first units of one of the three fractions in SpellForce
2 are revealed. From now on, the units of the Humans, Elves and Dwarves, which
belong to the fraction "The Realm" can be viewed. You can get further information
about the historical background and the special skills of the people here in the new part Factions and Units.
We have already introduced our wonderful landscape concept arts in our gallery. If you feel inspired by these mystical environments, you now have the opportunity to participate in an exclusive contest!
We are looking for the best short stories, poems, songs or descriptions (about 800 words max.) taking place in one of the scenes presented. The best works submitted will be rewarded with JoWooD games and published on our website thus joining the halls of fame of SpellForce.com! There are no limits to creativity as long as the subject is SpellForce and it is tied to our landscapes.
